Acentia's assessment tool can measure culture across all 13 elements of the framework, or allow you to deep-dive into a specific area where you have concerns or have been placing particular emphasis.
Based on a qualitative, rather than a quantitative approach, Acentia gathers data through targeted focus groups and interviews. This allows you to form a far more in-depth understanding than can be achieved from surveys alone.
