Acentia Core allows you to engage in a paired-back but highly effective program of workplace culture development designed to work best for organisations
of up to 200 people.
A scoping conversation Approx 1.5hrs
For us to fully understand your organisational and culture challenges and aspirations, discuss the approach and answer all your initial questions.
Typically one or two Acentia Consultants with your business owner/CEO and one or two other senior team members.
Five-hour session, Senior Team + others
We work with all members of your senior team, plus a range of other team members up to a maximum of 25 people. Across the course of five hours we will guide you to:
We’ll also discuss next steps, including the formation of your own culture team – the people who will become your experts in small business culture and bring your culture plan to life.
One-hour session, Senior Team
Based on the information derived from your culture discovery day, your Consultant will create for you a bespoke recommended action plan to take your first critical steps toward your ideal workplace culture. This will include prioritisation of the culture elements most important for you to focus on first, and the actions within each element that will make the most difference for you. We’ll also include investment costs where relevant.
Once you’ve reviewed the plan, we’ll get together with your senior team to answer any questions and confirm the plan so it can be presented and fleshed out further by your culture team during their two-day
kick-off.
Two full days, Culture Team
A culture team generally includes 6-8 people from across the organisation, including one or two members from the senior team. Your Consultant will help you determine the best make-up for your specific team.
Across these two days your Consultant will develop and inspire your people, taking them from a group of individuals to a motivated and capable team, primed to begin executing on your culture plan. They’ll have a shared purpose and agreed way of working, and complete clarity as to your future culture state and how to get you there!
4 x 1.5hrs, Culture Team
Your up-front investment includes ongoing support of four sessions (usually around a month apart) with your culture team to ensure the team is off to a great start, remains focused and motivated, and to help them negotiate any early barriers or challenges they may face.
We get that in a small business culture, you may not have the internal skill, capability or time to complete all parts of your culture plan yourself. That’s ok, it’s what we do! An Acentia Consultant can work with you to facilitate a range of initiatives at your place, as needed. We can discuss what you might need as your culture plan is being developed, or further down the track as we all learn more about your culture journey. In any case, extra support is only ever a phone call away.
Annual Self-Assessment & Culture Planning
A full day, one or two Acentia Consultants to facilitate
Similar to the culture discovery day, we’ll work with you to complete a self-assessment against the Acentia framework. This time you and your Consultant can compare against your last result to understand what has changed in the last year – where you have been successful and the areas where focus needs to go next. We’ll then help you develop your plan for the next 12 months.
